Queensland Eating Disorder Community Support Service,

located on the Sunshine Coast

Welcome to the

endED Team

We are a community-driven support service guided by the best practice guidelines as per the National Eating Disorders Collaboration (NEDC) and a lived experience multidisciplinary team. Grounded in compassion, connection and inclusivity, we offer hope for individuals and their loved ones through the recovery journey.

A world where everyone affected by eating disorders has access to treatment, resources, community connection and lived experience support to bring hope and enhance recovery.

We create hope for recovery for anyone affected by eating issues or eating disorders in Queensland through compassionate, lived experience support and community connection.

Community

Eating disorders can be quite isolating, but no one should have to navigate recovery alone. We hope to create an environment where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported.

Our House of Hope has been proudly shaped by lived experience and the collective wisdom of our community.

We honour each individual’s unique journey, meeting them where they are with empathy, respect, and care. Taking a whole-person approach, we support autonomy and agency whist prioritising safety.

Our aim is to provide support that is responsive, compassionate, informed, and guided by lived experience expertise.

By working together—with individuals, families, care teams, and the wider community—we build a network of support that nurtures recovery and resilience.

Through this shared responsibility, we hope to form part of; fostering a sense of belonging, creating meaningful relationships and strengthening mutual support.
