Introducing our Ambassadors & Patrons
Through a shared vision for a better world, our ambassadors and patrons help to share, promote and represent endED to the wider community and beyond. We wish to acknowledge and celebrate their ongoing support.
Carolyn Costin
endED Patron
"As an eating disorder specialist for over 40 years and recovered myself, I have watched the field struggle with how to acknowledge, utilise and incorporate those with lived experience in providing adjunctive support in the overall care of individuals with eating disorders. It is with a sigh of relief and a shout of triumph that I join endED as a patron of an organisation that epitomises what I have long held as a vision for the future of eating disorder care."

Andrew Wallace
endED Patron
Andrew Wallace is a long-time advocate for mental health reform drawing on personal experience with the limitations of Australia’s health and social support systems. As a supporter of endED, Andrew has advocated for increased funding and policy change for eating disorder treatment and continues to champion the cause both within and beyond Parliament.

Ollie Perillo
endED Ambassador
Dinesh Palipana
endED Ambassador
"I have had close friends with eating disorders. I have seen it through my work as a doctor in the emergency department. It is not an easy thing for anyone to go through. endED was founded through the passion and love of people so close to eating disorders. For that reason, endED has a beating heart which truly has the potential to make an impact."
"When my sister fell ill with Anorexia Nervosa, endED proved to be an invaluable resource. I wanted to give back, raise awareness and show compassion for the eating disorder community, so I organised a 24-hour row with a few friends. From this experience, I realised I wanted to help destigmatise and further understand eating disorders."

Chelsea Blissett
endED Ambassador
Chelsea is passionate about sport, playing professionally for Melbourne Victory Football Club and having previously represented Australia in the Young Matildas Team. Chelsea is also passionate about advocating for eating disorder awareness following her own lived experience. Chelsea is determined to change the language surrounding EDs within her sport – hoping to help remove the unnecessary shame, guilt and stigma so often attached to a person with an eating disorder.

Emily Seebohm
endED Ambassador
Emily’s journey remains a powerful reminder of what is possible in recovery and a source of inspiration for countless others. Emily triumphed over adversity to qualify for her fourth Olympic Games, becoming only the second Australian swimmer to have ever achieved this. She has shown immeasurable strength and tenacity in sharing her story and proudly speaks her truth to inspire others.
